Since I LOVE risotto and I foster a love for dessert I thought I could be on to something! So off I went yesterday on a quest to create a recipe for Risotto Rice Pudding! One thing that I can say is that this stuff tasted so good! The flavor was there but the consistency was not; still really soupy, and I wanted it more like a pudding. So, with that, I am going to taunt you with my pretty picture as I am still working out some kinks of the recipe.
What do you think? Is a risotto pudding something that might interest you? Or should I stop while I’m ahead?
In Other news, it’s FEBRUARY! Yea! The month of Romance, flowers, chocolates, and sweet treats for your sweetheart! I am hoping to have something Valentines for you each weekday so if you happen to get the idea to do something nice for someone in your life you’ll have all the ideas and “how-tos” right here!

You would think that risotto would make a nice creamy pudding. It's funny that it doesn't. I hope you figure it out, as it sounds intriguing!
Well it looks absolutely lovely, and I am sure that you will work out how to get the consistency right...then it will be a corker of a dessert!
I looooove risotto also, so if you can work out the consistency, please do and post!
